You still suck, did you know that? Today, I come home to find water on the floor of the laundry room again. This time it was coming from the other hose of the pair you sold me two months ago. Only this time, I didn't bother calling you in a vain attempt to schedule a repair visit. I've shut the water off, again, and tomorrow my boyfriend and I will be making a visit to your competitor to purchase a replacement hose and the appropriate wrench. Smart me -- I watched the repairman replace the last one and my friend [livejournal.com profile] ciorstan told me how to do it. So there.

By the way, I'm sure the repair service you or Whirlpool contracts with was real happy with you on Wednesday. Just before leaving for work, I received a call from their repairman, letting me know he was on his way. He sure wasn't pleased to find out I'd cancelled the appointment a week ago.
