The Plague Continues

So it's been two weeks and I'm still not better. Went to see the FP this afternoon and, as count_gunthar accurately predicted, I have bronchitis again. Which is weird since I really don't feel this in my chest, but the doc says I sound "crunchy". G said he remembered "the sound that cough from after Gulf War". Damn it, I hate it when he's right.

And now, G has decided that I can't go to the Central Region fighter practice this weekend unless I'm feeling better. Doesn't he remember that he's third in the chain of command?

Hehehe! Who else is above him if I might ask? ;-) And sorry you're feeling icky. Trust me, I'm right there with you. I just got pneumonia for the first time in my life. Not. Fun.

Me, then our Head of Entourage (Baroness Alys) and then Gunthar. And we both remind him often that "I'm the boss of you." ;)

I feel for you. I had pneumonia three years in a row and it was not fun.

Yeah, the pneumonia thing sucks a lot. I'm glad I havne't gotten it before. And also glad that now I'll at least know what to look for so that I can cut it off before it gets that bad again. I can't imagine having it three years in a row. That's horrible. I hope it's not one of those things where once you've had it you're more likely to get it again.

I'm sorry you have this crap again. My brother-in-law went from having the beginnings of a sinus infection (or so we thought) to it moving into his chest and sitting there. Where it is now. It's quite odd...I don't envy either of you. Dona Antonia is down with bronchitis right now as well.

I'm feeling better today. The cortisone shot and two doses of antibiotics have helped a lot.
