Just Wondering

I have spent the last couple of days alternately perplexed and angered over the need by some people to publicly humiliate others and then proudly announce the public service they did everyone else. I know this has a lot to do with one's percieved self-worth and the need to feel superior to those they dislike, but give me a break people! Since when did sociopathic tendencies become acceptable social or peer-like behavior?

No worries. It's just a rant in response to a couple of incidents I've observed recently. A post on another LJ list today just sent me over the edge.

We won't be at DFT for the exact reason you gave. We've got a lot to do between now and then and we lose five days when we go on vacation at Christmas.
