Pennsic Here I Come

Sitting here at work, totally unmotivated despite the large amount of paper sitting in front of me. Leaving for Pennsic on Friday afternoon and my mind is already on vacation. Or actually on all of the packing I need to finish before we load the trailer tomorrow night. I'm excited, a little apprehensive about a week of "roughing it", and enduring the moans and groans of friends who can't go this year (yes, that means you count_gunthar!)

The food collegium over the weekend was fun, in spite of a minor emergency involving one of the scheduled teachers that resulted in a change in the schedule and my move from "attendee" to "presenter". All in all, it was educational and then I enjoyed a nice dinner with Gunthar.

Went to IKEA on Sunday with Philip and Elin. My God, that place is friggin' huge! I was exhausted after following the trail that wound around both floors. Really liked the bedding section -- must go back for a second look.
