Busy, Busier, Busiest

countessmouseI realize I haven't posted in a while, but time has become a precious commodity over the last few weeks. Since coming back from Seattle at the beginning of the month, I've had a grand total of four nights free and clear of obligations, and one of them doesn't really count because I had a migrane. ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
lady_katheryn's upcoming investiture, planning for Steppe's Warlord, and the revival of the Clothier's Guild have kept me busy.
Warlord and the investiture are this coming weekend. Gunthar is working on our small-scale food plan for some of the members of entourage and House Porto and we're going to get our camping and cooking gear organized tonight. We'll pack the trailer tomorrow night and I'm driving to Canton on Friday. Gunthar, unfortunately, has to work all day Friday, so he won't make it down until that night. I'm hoping to bribefieryredhead and bobthemad into helping me set up our humongous tent in daylight with the promise that I'll reserve space in the Baronial area and help them set up theirs. ;)
On a side note, Mistress Serena taught me the basics on inkle weaving this past weekend. I have a small project in the works to provide appropriate ribbons for our baronial Acorn awards. If I'm lucky, I might have two finished by this weekend's event.
I think I may collapse come Memorial Day afternoon.
